  • Do you open on the weekends?
    Yes we are opened the 1st and 3rd Saturdays each month.
  • What form of payments do you accept?
    Visa, Mastercard, HSA, Cash, Money order
  • What is your 'no show' policy?
    If you are unable to keep your appointment, please call the office as soon as possible. If you miss your appointment and do not call to cancel, additional fees may apply.
  • Do you accept 'walk-ins'?
    Yes, closed 12-1 for lunch
  • What are your hours of operation?
    Monday - Wednesday: 9am - 5pm | Thursday 11am - 7pm | Friday 9am - 5pm |Every 1st and 3rd Saturday: 9am - 1pm (Appointments Only) | Sunday: closed
